First of all, a cook? Isn't every difac manned by foreign nationals working for KBR? Hardly a critical MOS. Second, if she had said, "I refuse to go because Obama was born in Kenya, so this order to deploy is unlawful." she'd be a hero to many of those now calling her a deserter.

Thank goodness Rush got the opportunity to express himself on broadcast television this morning because the 15 hours a week he gets to stress these same points hardly seems like enough time to get his point across. Kudos to Chris Wallace for this hard hitting interview

Funny, but if one of them had slashed his opponent with a stick or dropped his gloves and punched somebody - that would have only been a 5 minute penalty. Maybe the wrong place to do it, maybe just poor judgment, but these kids were just goofing around. I'll bet they were freezing.

What this comes down to, what Iraq comes down to, is this: are these wars of conquest or liberation? And if we intend to liberate peoples from internal oppressors, is it necessary or even worthwhile to kill lots of them in the process?
